Camano Commons
The Camano Commons is a cultural stop-in
This should be everybody’s first and last stop on Camano. For locals, this is a special bakery, the best coffee in town, with absolutely amazing people!
There is a beautiful gift shop sourced from local artists, soapmakers, photographers, authors, and even woodworkers. Every piece tells as unique a story as the piece itself.
Their pride and joy is the coffee wall you can’t miss as soon as you walk-in. The Camano Coffee Roasters next door sustainably selected them from around the world and roasted them right on the spot! You can smell the coffee most days and you’ll definitely want to taste it at the bakery.
Another gem you’ll find in the Common is the Baked Cafe - Bad’tude Good Food - and boy do they live up to their reputation. They are most well known for their breakfast sandwiches and burgers. Being a vegetarian, I’ve never had their actual burgers but their Impossible burger did not disappoint!
In season, you’ll also find one of the local favorite ice-cream stand serving home-made waffles and Lopez Island ice creams! It’s all local here.
